The NEW DIRECTIONS Alexander Technique Training Course which was forced to close due to the credit crunch - is, phoenix-like rising again and preparing to re-open.
There is one change however, the course will now take place in central TEIGNMOUTH, Devon. We have two large rooms to work in, and there is a kitchen for students' use.
Teignmouth is a delightful town and we have easy parking, and for those coming by train, the training course is situated less than 10 minutes walk from Teignmouth station. We are near shops and cafes and 5 minutes walk from the sea.
